& Daughters emerged from a simple yet profound observation. Many businesses traditionally adopt names like "Johnson & Sons" or "Robert & Sons," symbolizing a legacy often passed from fathers to sons. It became evident that "& Daughters" was conspicuously absent from this age-old tradition.

So, I decided to shatter this convention.

The name "& Daughters" is more than just a title, it's a declaration.

In its essence, "& Daughters" encapsulates the belief that every individual, irrespective of their gender or background, possesses a wealth of untapped potential. My unwavering commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, accessibility and belonging is interwoven into the very fabric of my work, ensuring that a tapestry of diverse voices is not just heard, but also, empowered.
