Project: Women in International Financial Institution Leadership Series: From Pipelines to Programs

Brief: The Center for Global Development's gender team initiated an event to explore the crucial interplay between diversity and gender within International Financial Institution Leadership. This endeavor demanded a broad range of communications support, including the planning and execution of the event, development of a strategic communications plan, and liaising with distinguished speakers.

What we did: Working closely with the Center for Global Development’s gender and communications teams, & Daughters developed a comprehensive communications plan and a well-defined event concept. This essential groundwork encompassed selecting a theme and title, pinpointing the target audience, establishing expected outcomes, and organizing logistics, including the event schedule and speaker briefs. Furthermore, & Daughters was responsible for developing the event webpage copy, managing email marketing and list curation, creating a promotional social media toolkit, organizing meetings, and offering thought leadership support.
